Rolando Colon Rivera

Rolando Colon Rivera is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product engineering, quality assurance, and automation. Currently serving as the Product Engineering Leader (Vice President of Product Engineering) at Equifax since February 2019, Rolando has successfully implemented AI-driven solutions and spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings and improved security postures. Prior to this role, Rolando held leadership positions at companies such as Automation Now LLC and Cox Automotive, where expertise in cloud migration, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing was demonstrated. With a solid educational foundation in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, Rolando possesses a robust skill set in various technologies, including AWS, Java, Selenium, and agile methodologies.
