Currently serving as SVP of Global Consumer & Business Care at Equifax since July 2021, Tina previously held the position of Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing Mortgage Customer Operations, and at Citi, where roles included leadership of Client Services Operations and NA Branded Cards Customer Service. Tina's career spans various leadership positions, emphasizing strategic vision, operational effectiveness, and revenue growth, managing budgets in excess of $250 million and leading teams of up to 4,500 employees. Tina Shell holds a Master's degree in Education from East Tennessee State University.
