Mandip Kaur Johal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational psychology and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at EQUIIDA since February 2022, Mandip previously held roles at YSC Consulting as a Senior Leadership Strategy Consultant and Leadership Strategy Consultant. Additional experience includes positions at Penna as a Talent Assessment Consultant and at the University of Leeds & Rolls-Royce as a Research Fellow and Consultant in Organizational Psychology.
