Mike Kelly is a UX and Digital Product Leader who specializes in building and inspiring cross-functional teams to create innovative products. Currently serving as the Head of UX/UI Design Strategy at EquiLend, Mike has previously held significant roles, including Director of User Experience at mcgarrybowen and Senior Visual Engineer at Bridgewater Associates.
