Vasant Kumar

Vasant Kumar has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Vasant started their career as a Senior Manager at Argos Corporation in 1994 and worked there until 1997. In 1997, they joined Oracle USA as a Senior Director - Development and held a leadership role in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering various Content Management products. Vasant played a key role in designing and developing the web interface for Oracle's flagship Content Management product and integrating it with the Oracle Fusion Applications suite. Vasant worked at Oracle USA until 2014.

After leaving Oracle, Vasant ventured into different roles and companies. In 2015, they became an investor at Invicara and continued in that role. In 2016, they joined Vayu Technology as the CEO and Board Member and later transitioned to being a Strategic Advisor. Vasant also served as a Strategic Advisor at Relatas, Realine Technology Inc., and WizCal during this time.

In 2017, Vasant took on the position of a Strategic Advisor at Feathercap, Inc., FitBliss, and Boon VR. Vasant continued in these roles until 2020.

Throughout their career, Vasant has demonstrated expertise in strategic advising, investment, and leadership roles. Currently, they are a Strategic Advisor at Vayu Technology.

Vasant Kumar pursued their education in a chronological order as follows. From 1986 to 1988, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they obtained a PGDM (MBA) degree. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1986, they attended Bharathiar University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication.
