Sean Connor

Sean Connor has a diverse background in the energy industry, starting with a role as an Energy Analyst at Rocky Mountain Institute in 2007. Sean then worked at Chevron Technology Ventures in Engineering and Business Development for renewable energy technologies from 2008 to 2014. In 2015, Sean co-founded Sunswarm Community Solar where they served as the Lead Software Engineer and led the product development of a community solar marketplace platform. Sean also worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at Compliance.ai from 2017 to 2019, where they led a team in building a platform for regulatory intelligence. Sean's most recent position was Principal Software Engineer at Shell New Energies from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are working as the Software Engineering Lead at Equilibrium Energy.

Sean Connor has a Master's degree in Energy and Environment from Duke University. Sean also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
