Monte Block is an experienced leader in the staffing and payroll industry, currently serving as President and CEO of Equiliem since 1995, a diverse organization catering to various sectors, including professional, administrative, IT, medical, and industrial. In addition, Monte Block has been a Consultant for Business Development at Industrial Staffing Services Inc. since 2009, focusing on creating staffing and payroll programs for business partners. Previously, Monte Block held the position of Executive Vice President at Hepco Inc., where efforts involved expanding the client base and restructuring the organization for improved market presence. Monte Block's career began at Volt Information Sciences Inc. as National Marketing Director, where responsibilities included managing major accounts in the Utility and IT industries while establishing MSP/VMS programs for large contracts. Monte Block holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Pace University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
