Equillium
Nhu (Dalena) Chu is an Associate Scientist at Equillium, Inc. since January 2020, previously holding the Senior Research Associate title. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Research Associate I and Research Associate II at aTyr Pharma from June 2017 to January 2020, where Nhu focused on cytokine assessment, cell-based assays, and immunophenotyping. Earlier, Nhu worked as a Research Associate at aTyr Pharma through BioPhase Solutions, and as a Laboratory Coordinator/Research Associate at IncellDx, Inc., contributing to laboratory maintenance and quality control. Experience also includes manufacturing roles at StemCells, Inc., where Nhu performed GMP operations and process development, as well as an Undergraduate Research Assistant position at Harmer Lab studying circadian rhythms in Arabidopsis thaliana. Nhu earned a Master of Science in Biology from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis.
