Jessica Menon is the founder and CEO of Equilo. Jessica has over fifteen years of experience in the field of social inclusion and gender equality. Jessica has worked with various international organizations, including the United Nations, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and Tetra Tech. Jessica has developed expertise in the areas of gender mainstreaming, capacity building, and knowledge management. Jessica is a skilled facilitator and trainer, and has authored several toolkits and guidance documents on gender integration in infrastructure and project management. Jessica is a strong advocate for gender equality and social inclusion, and is committed to promoting these issues through their work at Equilo.

Jessica Menon has a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University in International Policy and Development, a Bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison in International Relations and Political Science, and a Certificate from Georgetown University in Refugee and Humanitarian Emergencies. Jessica also has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Wisconsin-Madison in International Relations, Political Science.
