Duncan Watson

Duncan Watson and his team work with some of the UK’s largest public and private sector pensions schemes, the life company sector, as well as corporate and NHS HR functions, to provide complex administration, software, and payment solutions. He has overall responsibility for its clients, as well as their policyholders, members, and employees to ensure that the outcomes they receive are of the highest quality. Duncan joined Equiniti in 2015 as Managing Director of its Data Solutions business.

Prior to joining Equiniti, Duncan spent 23 years in the Life and Pensions Financial Services sector including 18 years with Aon Hewitt where latterly he was UK Chief Operating Officer. Duncan is a Pensions Actuary and has significant experience in both advising clients and the delivery of operational excellence across multiple business lines and geographies.
