Michael Buonomo

Michael Buonomo is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate actions and relationship management. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager for Corporate Actions at Equiniti since July 2023, Michael has also held a similar position at AST since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC from February 2011 to May 2020, where responsibilities encompassed broker search and fulfillment as well as corporate actions and reorganization. Previous positions include Institutional Equity Trader at Divine Capital Markets from August 2003 to January 2011 and equity trading at Glenn Michael Financial between 1998 and 2002. Michael holds a degree from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg, which was completed between 1993 and 1996.
