Nick Sayers

Nick Sayers has a diverse work experience history. Nick began their career at RSA in 1979, where they worked in various administration roles, eventually becoming a Discontinuance Administrator. In 1996, they transitioned to Legal & General, assuming roles such as Pensions Review Loss Assessor, Pensions Review Deputy Opt Out Manager, Team Manager, Business Standards Consultant, and Business Analyst. In 2009, they joined Xafinity Paymaster as a Pensions Administrator, providing a full pensions administration service. Nick then moved to Just Retirement in 2010 as a Business Analyst, responsible for feasibility studies, acting as a liaison between the business and IT departments, and supporting major program projects. Next, they worked at Friends Life UK as a Business Analyst, before moving to Aviva as an Operations Analyst in 2015. Currently, they hold the role of Lead Business Analyst at Equiniti since 2016.

Nick Sayers attended Ashurst Primary School and Steyning Grammar School. Nick has obtained additional certifications from CII Group, BCS, and the Institute of Leadership and Management ILM.
