Christopher Kimm is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer care and operations within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the SVP of Global Customer Care and Experience at Equinix since January 2018, Kimm oversees a team responsible for customer success and service delivery across the company's global footprint of data centers. Prior to Equinix, Kimm held various leadership roles at Verizon from 1997 to January 2018, including VP of Technical Support and VP of Client Services Global Operations, where significant achievements included managing operational support for numerous enterprise accounts and leading large teams across multiple regions. Kimm's career began at Kinko's, culminating as Development Manager in IT. Christopher Kimm earned a degree from Vassar College in 1991.
