Divesh Kumar

Divesh Kumar is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in directing global teams and driving product development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Equinix since May 2015, Divesh has successfully onboarded and operationalized high-performing teams across the USA, Singapore, and Poland, leading the architecture of essential product features that enhanced customer adoption and revenue growth. Previously, Divesh held various roles at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2002 to May 2015, contributing significantly to the design and development of scalable products that improved organizational operating models. Educational achievements include a Master of Information and Data Science and a Certificate of Business Excellence from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
