Emanuela Grandi

Emanuela Grandi currently serves as Managing Director at Equinix since May 2025. Previously, Emanuela held the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience and Customer Success for the Europe, Africa, and Middle East regions at Cisco from July 2019 to April 2025, along with experience as Director of Customer Success Executive. Prior to Cisco, Emanuela spent nearly nine years at Vodafone, where roles included Head of Operations, Chief Technology Security Officer, and Head of Operational Demand. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director for the Optical Systems Business Unit at Pirelli and as Senior Program Manager at Telecom Italia. Educational credentials encompass a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Università di Pavia and participation in the Technology Excellence Program at Imperial College London.
