Jared Flynn

Jared Flynn is a seasoned HR executive currently serving as Vice President of HR for Technology and Product at Equinix, where responsibilities include leading the People Team for the Technology and Product functions. Previously, Jared held the role of Vice President of People at Palo Alto Networks, managing HR for R&D and product initiatives. Prior to that, Jared served as Vice President of Human Resources at VMware, overseeing a vast global employee base and leading the people strategy for significant acquisitions. Jared's early career included vital roles at T-Mobile, where leadership spanned talent acquisition and workforce planning, culminating in the management of large recruitment efforts. Jared holds an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a BBA in Economics from Baylor University.
