Jean-Serge Potvin, MBA, currently holds the position of Senior Account Executive for the Canadian Federal Government at Equinix since May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Client Director for Professional Services at OpenText, focusing on optimizing investments for federal clients, and Director of Information Systems and Technology at Cégep Heritage College. Potvin has also worked as a Business and Technology Solutions Architect and Business Development Executive across various organizations including Alithya and CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation, contributing to business development and service delivery within the Canadian Public Sector. With a solid background in technical architecture and management, Potvin began his career at Nortel Networks as a Senior Systems Management Architect.
