Juliana Peixinho

Juliana Peixinho is an experienced professional in customer service delivery and project management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service Delivery for Latin America at Equinix since February 2013. Juliana has also held the positions of Senior Manager of Customer Project Management and Project Manager at Equinix. Prior to this, Juliana worked as a Gerente de Projetos at DHC Outsourcing and as a Project Manager at Telefônica Empresas between 2002 and 2010. Juliana holds a Postgraduate Degree in Neuroscience from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, an MBA in Human Resources Development from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from FAC-FITO.
