Leah Koepf

Leah Koepf has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of HR for the Customer & Revenue Organization at Equinix since November 2015. Prior roles at Equinix include VP of Human Resources for the Americas and Senior Director of HR Business Partner. Previously, Koepf worked at Visa from September 2010 to October 2015, holding positions such as Senior Director and Director of HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Citizens Housing Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed all HR aspects for a non-profit affordable housing developer. Koepf also held various HR management roles at Mervyns, supporting multiple client groups. Koepf earned a BA in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
