Louise Isaac

Louise Isaac serves as the Director of Customer Success Platform Alliance at Equinix since March 2020, following a role as Senior Manager for Customer Success in Global Accounts for EMEA. Prior to this, Louise held various positions at OVHcloud, including Service Delivery Manager, and at OVH US, managing support and migration services. Experience also includes significant roles at VMware as Senior Regional Escalation Manager, and at Wincor Nixdorf where Louise managed end-to-end managed services for ATM devices across Ireland, the UK, and Northern Ireland, focusing on service delivery, incident management, and financial oversight. Earlier career stages included positions at Hewlett-Packard and Compaq Computers, where Louise led managed services teams and technical support operations. Louise holds a BA and Post Graduate Higher Diploma from University College Cork.
