Matthew Baumann

Matthew Baumann has over 18 years of experience in real estate, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate for the Americas at Equinix since July 2015, where responsibilities include analyzing real estate leases, conducting transactions, and managing due diligence efforts. Prior to Equinix, Matthew worked at CBRE, Inc. from May 2007 to June 2015 as a Senior Transaction Manager, focusing on global commercial leasing and sales for Fortune 500 clients. Earlier experience includes a role as a Clerk at the Chicago Board Options Exchange from October 2005 to February 2007. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona, completed in 2005.
