Neil Cawdron, MIET, is currently the Head of UK Operations Engineering at Equinix, a position they began in 2025. They previously served as a Strategic Engineering Manager at SPIE in 2016 and held multiple roles at JLL, including Regional Engineering Manager EMEA from 2017 to 2021 and Data Center Operations/Programs Leader – EMEA from 2021 to 2025. Earlier in their career, Neil was the Chief Engineer at CBRE from 2011 to 2014.
