Nicole Collins

Nicole Collins is currently the Chief Transformational Officer at Equinix. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Cloud Sales, Transformation, and Operations at VMware from January 2013 to May 2021. In this role, Nicole was responsible for Cloud sales acceleration and execution, operational optimization, scaling to land and expand core SaaS products, and driving sales transformation efforts across the organization to scale the business and SaaS platform. Nicole has also previously worked as the Executive Director of Global Sales at Dell from November 2002 to December 2013, where they were responsible for inside sales leaders and sales representatives worldwide for Dell's Global 500 organization with teams in the United States, Europe, Asia and India.
