Saad Minhas

Saad Minhas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate and project finance. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate at Equinix since December 2020, Saad leads construction advisory and renewable energy projects across the Americas. Previous roles include Director, Real Estate & Special Counsel at WeWork, and Corporate Real Estate Counsel at RBC, where responsibilities encompassed advising on global property portfolios and managing construction matters. Saad's career also includes legal counsel positions at Infrastructure Ontario and TELUS, and a foundational role at Lakeland Consulting Inc. along with an internship at Addleshaw Goddard. Educational qualifications include a Program on Negotiation from Harvard Law School, an LLB in Commercial Law from the University of Westminster, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
