Agnieszka Kloskowska

Agnieszka Kloskowska is an experienced professional in asset development and corporate strategy, currently serving as the Asset Development Manager for Carbon Markets at Equinor since January 2019. In this role, Agnieszka leads the establishment of a new U.S. carbon projects business, focusing on partnerships and investment strategies. Previously, Agnieszka held the position of Strategy Manager at Equinor, where responsibilities included developing and executing corporate strategies related to energy transition topics such as carbon capture and storage and hydrogen. Prior experience includes serving as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where Agnieszka directed a market analytics business, and working as an Equity Research Analyst at Copal Partners. Agnieszka began a career in research analysis at Karvy Global Services and gained early experience in finance and project management through roles with AIESEC and Hero Collection. Agnieszka holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
