Alex Rolland

Alex Rolland is a senior geoscientist specializing in Geo Operations at Equinor, where they have held several roles since 2018, including Senior Exploration Geologist and Exploration Geoscientist. Prior to Equinor, Alex worked as a geoscientist at Belltree Limited and managed CCS research projects at IEAGHG. They began their career as an exploration intern at Statoil, contributing to geoscience efforts in frontier areas of the Barents Sea. Alex holds a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Aberdeen and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from the University of St. Andrews.
