Andreas Harstad Lien

Andreas Harstad Lien is a seasoned professional in the trading sector with extensive experience in the energy industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Products Trading at Equinor since April 2013, Lien has previously held roles including Manager of Methanol & Light Ends Trading and Book Lead for Light Ends Trading. Prior to Equinor, Lien worked as Lead Naphtha Trader at Statoil asa from January 2012 to March 2013 and as a Trader at HETCO (Hess Energy Trading) from December 2006 to January 2012. Lien began a career in trading at Statoil, working from April 2002 to December 2006 as an LPG Trader and Corporate Management Trainee. Lien holds a Master’s degree with a specialization in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and also studied at the University of Cologne.
