Bruno Vaz serves as the Lead Coach for the Drilling & Wells Safety & Performance program at Equinor, where responsibilities include fostering strong leadership across five drilling units in Brazil. With a comprehensive portfolio spanning nearly a decade, Bruno has held various vital roles such as Senior HSE Engineer and Safety Technician in projects like Bacalhau Field and Peregrino Field. Bruno's expertise in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management is complemented by participation in the Operational Leadership Accelerator Program, aimed at enhancing leadership skills and networking within Equinor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and an MBA focused on Integrated Management Systems.
