Fadi Fathhalla is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in offshore projects, currently serving as the Principal Electrical Engineering at Equinor since May 2018, specifically leading the electrical discipline for the Baltyk II&III offshore wind project. Previously, Fadi held senior electrical engineering roles at Equinor, focusing on offshore substations and the Martin Linge Offshore platform. Fadi's prior experience at Statoil included significant contributions to the Johan Sverdrup project and CO2 Capture Mongstad, emphasizing electrical safety and operational responsibility. Fadi began a professional career at GE Oil & Gas, gaining practical experience in subsea control systems.
