Fernanda Neves

Fernanda Neves has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Operations Competence and Capacity Manager at Equinor since May 2009. In this role, responsibilities include ensuring that Equinor Brazil has the necessary competence for multi-asset operations and implementing offshore leadership programs. Previous positions held at Equinor include Brazil Business Services Manager, where a shared services department was successfully established, and People and Leadership Manager, overseeing salary structure implementation and organizational reviews. Prior to Equinor, roles at Baker Hughes and Losango involved HR analysis and recruitment processes. Fernanda holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, an in-company program from Harvard Business School, and degrees in Business Management and Psychology.
