Livar Jaarvik

Livar Jaarvik is a seasoned professional in technical safety with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Principal Engineer Technical Safety at Equinor since September 2022, Jaarvik previously held the position of Seniorrådgiver SHA at Statnett SF from March 2021 to August 2022. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Aibel spanned from June 2009 to March 2021, where roles included Technical Safety Discipline Lead and Principal Engineer Technical Safety. Livar Jaarvik holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), earned between 2004 and 2009.
