MacIej Mielniczuk

Maciej Mielniczuk is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Business Development and Commercial Manager and Asset Manager for Equinor, overseeing the Polish offshore wind farms portfolio. Mielniczuk holds a position as a Member of the Supervisory Board at MFW Bałtyk I S.A. and previously directed the Baltica Offshore Wind Farm project at PGE Baltica sp. z o.o. with notable achievements including securing a Contract for Difference for a significant offshore wind project. With a background in business development in the offshore wind sector at PGE and extensive experience in regulatory affairs, investment strategy, and development of renewable energy projects, Mielniczuk has played a pivotal role in advancing the renewable energy agenda in Poland. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Investment Project Management from Warsaw University of Technology Business School and a Master's degree in European Studies from Jagiellonian University.
