Marco Gouveia

Marco Gouveia is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Change, Interface & Business Case Manager at Equinor since April 2022, focusing on project change management and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Marco held key roles at Aker Solutions from 2013 to 2022, including Project Manager for R&D Digitalization, leading digital transformation projects, and overseeing large teams to increase engineering efficiency. Marco also has a background in project management and engineering, with experience ranging from managing construction teams to delivering complex projects such as the Johan Castberg FPSO. With a Master of Science in Civil & Structural Engineering and executive degrees in energy management from BI Norwegian Business School and IFP School, Marco combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills.
