Nina Ramsland Worts

Nina Ramsland Worts is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Equinor, engaged in the Emerging Talents unit to develop and manage talent acquisition strategies, including Graduate, Internship, and Apprenticeship programs since August 2023. Additionally, Nina serves as an Exam Assessor and Graduate Mentor at the University of Exeter Business School, while previously holding a role as a Human Resources Administrator at the University of Exeter. Nina has contributed as a columnist for The Exeter Magazine and has experience in various support roles in nursing. Academically, Nina holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of East Anglia.
