Olav Kolbeinstveit

Olav Kolbeinstveit is an experienced financial executive currently serving as CFO of Equinor Renewables since September 2016 and has held various positions, including Senior Vice President roles in Onshore, Renewables, Power, and Markets. Additionally, Kolbeinstveit is a member of the Board of Directors at Danske Commodities and has held chair positions at BeGreen ApS and East Point Energy. Previous roles include Vice President at Equinor ASA and Statoil ASA, along with leadership positions in market analysis and natural gas marketing at Statoil. Kolbeinstveit began their career as a higher executive officer at NVE, where involvement in electricity market regulation was key.
