Pierre Hacquard

Pierre Hacquard is an experienced professional in the energy and investment sectors, currently serving as Project Leader for Strategy & Business Development in Lithium at Equinor since April 2019. Hacquard has been instrumental in establishing a new business unit for Lithium extraction, developing corporate-level strategies, and leading various M&A initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Investment Analyst at Equinor Ventures, where significant investments were made in lithium and hydrogen-related ventures, and Advisor to the Corporate Strategy at the Young Advisory Group, contributing insights for Equinor's long-term vision. Hacquard also holds several board observer positions with emerging technology companies in hydrogen and lithium sectors. Educational qualifications include a Special Master of Science in Petroleum Geosciences from IFP School and a Master of Science in Petroleum Geosciences from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie.
