Terry Rackham

Terry Rackham is an experienced Subsea Controls Engineer at Equinor since October 2022, involved in the Breidablikk, Northern Lights, and Kristin Sor SPCS EFAT's and SIT's. Previously, Terry served as Head of Engineering at Delta Mobrey Ltd. and Lead System Engineer at Baker Hughes, focusing on system performance and customer acceptance. Terry's extensive background includes leadership roles at Aker Solutions, managing engineering teams and overseeing project completion, as well as a consultancy at Terry Rackham Limited. Terry's career began as a Project Engineer at Subsea Components Ltd., progressing from a Toolmaker at Cooper Payen Ltd. through solid educational foundations in engineering and management studies obtained at various institutions including Slough College.
