Thomas Weight

Thomas Weight is currently involved in business development at Equinor, where they are responsible for producing the flagship Energy Perspectives report. Previously, Thomas served as the Energy Perspectives Project Manager and Principal Analyst at Equinor, leading efforts in analyzing global energy demand and developing scenario narratives for energy transition. Their earlier career includes roles as a geophysicist at Total and PGS, and as a senior analyst and explorationist at Statoil, where they contributed to significant exploration strategies in the UK and Norwegian continental shelves. Thomas continues their education in corporate M&A and various business and climate change courses.
