Tore Hansen has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, primarily focused on exploration and project control within companies such as Equinor and Norsk Hydro. Currently a Baltyk 2&3 Marine Planner at Equinor, Tore is responsible for foundation fabrication and transportation installation planning. Previous roles include being a Project Controller for Baltyk 2&3 and an early-phase planner for Baltyk 1, alongside extensive experience in exploration management, strategy development, and subsurface analysis across various regions, including the North Sea and the US Gulf of Mexico. Tore holds a Master of Science in Geology from UiT and has furthered education with strategic leadership courses at leading Norwegian business institutions.
