Yashodhara Chaudhary

Yashodhara Chaudhary is the Head of Business Development for Equinor in India, overseeing efforts in crude, LPG, LNG, gasoline, and diesel since October 2022. Previously, Yashodhara served as Strategy Advisor to the CEO at BP India, focusing on decarbonization technology commercialization and the development of BP's zero-carbon product portfolio. Other roles at BP included leading the bioenergy business division in India and handling commercial development for crude and derivatives across various regions. Prior to BP, Yashodhara held positions at RWE involving deal structuring and valuation for coal, power, and gas trading, worked as a quantitative analyst at Thomson Reuters, and contributed to strategy consulting at Bain & Company. Yashodhara holds two Master's degrees in Financial Mathematics from ENSTA and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
