Carolin Pinky

Carolin Pinky has extensive experience in food safety and quality control, currently serving as a Food Hygiene Auditor at Equinox Labs since August 2019. Previously, Carolin worked as a Quality Control Analyst at Mukka Sea Food Industries Private Limited from February 2017 to August 2019, where responsibilities included quality checking raw materials and finished products, conducting biochemical and microbiological testing, and assisting the QA department with audits and compliance to various standards including HACCP and ISO certifications. Carolin also held a leadership position as Team Lead in the Department of Creations and Innovations at Exotica Event Solutions, managing client relationships and vendor partnerships from January 2013 to December 2015. Carolin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Biotechnology from both PA College of Engineering and Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2016.
