Karen Overton is a seasoned Technical Writer with extensive experience in creating and maintaining documentation for various industries. Currently employed at Equinox Payments since January 2019, Karen collaborates with the American Express IT team to develop internal and customer-facing documentation while contributing to an internal collaboration portal for the Amex developer community.
