Karen Overton

Karen Overton is a seasoned Technical Writer with extensive experience in creating and maintaining documentation for various industries. Currently employed at Equinox Payments since January 2019, Karen collaborates with the American Express IT team to develop internal and customer-facing documentation while contributing to an internal collaboration portal for the Amex developer community. Previous roles include contract and senior technical writing positions at Boeing, Syntel, TechFinders, Spectraforce Technologies, JBA International, DISYS, and nSight, where Karen provided documentation support for significant projects, including a Lync 2013 migration for Honeywell. Karen holds two Bachelor's degrees in English, Advertising, Journalism, and English Language and Literature from Michigan State University.
