Bess Blacquiere has been working in the real estate industry since 1995. Bess Blacquiere began their career as the Founder/Principal Broker of Equinox Real Estate, and held roles as Company Owner/Principal Broker and Principal Owner. In 1995, they also founded Equinox Real Estate Investments, where they serve as Owner/Broker. In this role, they are responsible for managing and motivating their team, and works to promote creativity and assure happiness for each individual. Bess Blacquiere also leads and develops strategies for growth of a profitable business, and works towards the mission and vision of the company.

Bess Blacquiere attended the University of Oregon from 1985 to 1990, studying Dance and Physiology.
