Carla Griffin

Carla Griffin has extensive experience in the Pilates field, holding various positions that showcase their expertise and leadership in the discipline. At Equinox, Carla serves as a Pilates Area Manager, overseeing operations and managing a team, while also having previously worked as a Pilates Coordinator and a Certified Pilates Instructor. Carla has also contributed to the Darien YMCA and The Tully Center at Stamford Hospital as a Certified Pilates Instructor, further demonstrating a strong commitment to promoting Pilates practice and enhancing client wellness.
