Craig Lombardo

Craig Lombardo is an experienced digital product leader with a strong background in consumer product innovation and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Product at Equinox since January 2020, Craig oversees the digital product strategy for Equinox and Equinox Media. Previously, as the Senior Director and Head of Product at Blink Fitness from September 2015 to January 2020, Craig managed the digital product portfolio for over 110 gym locations. Also notable is Craig's tenure at Bloomingdale's as Director of Digital Product Management, where feature roadmaps for both Bloomingdale's and Macy’s mobile app and live chat products were developed. Craig’s career began at Verizon, where various roles were undertaken from web development to customer service management. Craig holds a Master of Science in Internet Technology & Ecommerce and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Pace University.
