Jessica Drucker

Jessica Drucker is an experienced retail professional currently serving as the Director of Buying at Equinox since July 2022, where responsibilities include collaborating with Activewear brands such as ON Footwear, Lululemon, Alo, and Vuori. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Buyer at Maisonette from February 2021 to July 2022, where a successful launch of the Mommy & Me, Women’s and Maternity category resulted in significant growth. Jessica's earlier experience at Bloomingdale's from June 2015 to July 2020 included various positions, such as Associate Buyer for private label brands and Senior Assistant Buyer for Ready to Wear collections, where contributions included the development of new product lines, establishing pricing strategies, and managing vendor relationships. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology from Tulane University, completed between 2011 and 2015.
