Jessica Gingold

Jessica Gingold is a Senior Attorney at Equip for Equality, where responsibilities include managing the Education Justice Project and working as a staff attorney in the Special Education Clinic since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Holistic Defense Attorney at Lawndale Christian Legal Center, representing juveniles and emerging adults, and as an E. Barrett Prettyman Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center, focusing on juvenile justice cases. Jessica has also held various roles including student consultant for the Center for Public Research and Leadership, law clerk positions at Louisiana Center for Children's Rights and Gerhardstein & Branch Co. LPA, and has been actively involved in advocating for youth rights through the Student Rights Project. Educational background includes advanced degrees from Georgetown University Law Center, University of Michigan Law School, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Colorado College.
