Joshua Goldstein is an Equal Justice Works Fellow on the Civil Rights Team at Equip for Equality, providing legal services to individuals with disabilities in Illinois. Previously, Joshua served as a Legal Intern at the Neighborhood Defender Service, representing clients in police misconduct cases, and at New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, focusing on disability justice. Experience also includes a Summer Legal Internship at The Legal Aid Society, where analysis of constitutional claims was conducted, and a role as a Case Manager at BronxWorks, assisting individuals experiencing homelessness. Joshua's earlier positions include a Public Affairs Fellowship with the Coro New York Leadership Center and various internships in the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Joshua holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
