Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Scott started their career at General Motors in 1993, where they worked as a Superintendent of Engineering and Maintenance at the Grand Blanc Plant until 2000. Scott then became the Plant Manager at the Pittsburgh Plant until 2008. Mitchell then joined Washington Penn Plastic as the Vice President of Manufacturing, where they worked from 2008 to 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Equipment & Controls, Inc. since 2013.

Scott Mitchell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Scott also holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university. Additionally, they have completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Oakland University. Lastly, they have participated in the Executive Scholar Program in Leadership at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
