Phil McSwain

Phil McSwain is an experienced Asset Operations Manager at Equipment Depot since June 2008. Prior to this, Phil worked as the VP Asset Management at CitiCapital from 2002 to 2008. Phil attended East Texas State from 1975 to 1978 for their education.
